These terms govern your use of trademarktrading.com (the “Website”) operated by TMT Pro Supplies (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on the Website is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we confirm it and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or description was displayed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address given, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

2. Prices

Prices are in South African Rand and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order, plus any delivery costs confirmed at checkout or by quotation.

3. Delivery, returns and warranties

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds Policy, and warranties by our Warranty Information page.

4. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration and colours may differ slightly from the actual product. Specifications are supplied by manufacturers and may change.

5. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
